Geoblip compared

Every page here opens with when the other product is the better choice, before we make our own case. If we cannot answer that honestly, the page does not ship.

How we write these

Comparison pages are usually written by one side and read like it. Ours have a rule enforced in the build: each one must state, in a required field, when the competitor is the better choice — and it must be substantial rather than a token sentence. A page that cannot fill that field will not compile.

Pricing carries the date it was checked, separately from when the page was last edited, so you can see how stale it might be. Competitors change plans often, and a comparison quoting last year's prices is worse than no comparison at all.

If something here is out of date or wrong, it is a bug. The devices page takes the same approach to hardware we cannot support, and the glossary explains the concepts underneath the feature tables.
